Mode: Knowledge Base / Bliss

1. Context

A KB update was communicated to agent through a dismissible popup

2. Steps to follow

  1. Go to https://uber-poc.us.stonly.com/kb/en?test=update
  2. See the displayed popup
  3. Notice the options to be reminded later
  4. Click on “got it I have read this
  5. Reload the page and see that the popup is not here anymore
  6. Check the “inbox” section on the page and see that the update guide is still there
