1. Context

A KB update was communicated to agent through a dismissible popup

2. Steps to follow

  1. Go to https://uber-poc.us.stonly.com/kb/en?test=mandatory
  2. See the displayed popup
  3. Notice that you cannot dismiss it
  4. Follow the guide until the popup is dismissed
  5. Reload the page and see that the popup is not here anymore
  6. Check the “inbox” section on the page and see that the update guide is still there
