A communication was sent for agents about a known issue and displayed in the form of a banner. The agent should see the banner to be alerted and then

2. Steps to follow

  1. Go to https://uber-poc.us.stonly.com/kb/en?test=banner
  2. See the displayed banner and click on it
  3. See the popup and navigate through the guide
  4. Reload the page and see that the banner is not here anymore
  5. Check the “inbox” section on the page and see that the update guide is still there
